The conceptual study and consideration of existing alignment, the main axis fro Farrer Road and the surrounding ‘good-class’ Bungalows are used to conjure up a series of lines that synthesizes with the precinct of the development.

The flowing lines are organised in bands which are used to slant the towers towards unblocked city views, as well as to develop vibrant landscape features and activities.
